*When Ordering 

All custom decorated orders require a deposit of 50% And are to be paid in full the day of pickup or drop off to be released.

And fully paid before delivery, including the delivery fee 

 

*Refund/Exchange Policy 

We take pride in our treats and cakes. If you are unhappy with your order, please speak up and return the product; we will give bakery credit for the amount returned for use toward a future purchase. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT REFUND DEPOSITS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

 

*Order Cancellation Policy 

Cakeadelphia understands that plans change, and we will gladly assist you in changing your order date and time whenever possible. All changes must be handled directly with a representative of Cakeadelphia and confirmed. Cakeadelphia reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given; the cancellation fee is $15 for any cake under a 2 tier and $25 for any cakes above a 2 tier, with a non-refundable deposit as mentioned above. Special Orders (Highly Decorated Cakes) not picked up will not be refunded. Orders that require delivery must be paid in full, and the delivery fee must be paid in full, or the cake will not be released as mentioned above. Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to the customer's wrong information or availability will be taken back to Cakeadelphia and stored until further notice from the customer. Because of the nature of our business and our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any cake, cupcake, or baked item that is not picked up or delivered within 24 hours after the due time, and you will not be refunded due to the above rules.

 

*Wedding & Grooms Cake Cancellation Policy

Wedding deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable 

All Wedding Cakes have to be PAID IN FULL 3 days before your wedding date

We Recommend To Have It Delivered because we are not responsible for any cake damaged when cake leaves Cakeadelphia doors if we are not delivering them.

 

*Cake Structures 

Are Always Made sturdy, and the structure is tested before customers leave our doors with orders. 

Due to potholes and everyone driving differently, we ask that you allow us to deliver your cake if you need more confidence. Bring someone with you to hold the cake while you drive to avoid paying a delivery fee. As mentioned above, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur when cakes leave Cakeadelphia's doors if we are not delivering them.

 

*Change Order 

There will be a $10 Change Order fee for any requested changes within 24 hours of the required order time. 

 

*Edible Images 

All edible images are $15 per image

When sending images, we ask that you crop anything you would like cropped out so that the photo will come out looking exactly like the image you provided. Any imperfection in the photo provided will show. 

 

*Shipping Items From Our Shop
